Fixed children's prices for every additional child (2 kids are included in the arrangement already). Prices per child per day incl. breakfast, lunch and dinner and free drinks from the drink dispenser all day long, when staying in the parents' room.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Prices per family (1-2 kids up to 12 years old) per week with all-inclusive.
In case you prefer half board only, we deduct Euro 150,- per family per week.

For adults, travelling without kids, we are glad to make an individual offer, on all-inclusive or half board base. Please contact us if you want us to make you an offer.

In case you prefer a double room for single use, we are glad to make you a separate offer as well.
Dogs: Euro 10,-- per day without food.

Important to know:
On the day of your arrival the rooms are ready for occupation at 14.00 pm. On the day of your departure you should leave your room before 11.00 am.

The payment of your hotel bill may be effected cash, per switch card, VISA or Mastercard or per bank transfer before arrival. With this price list all previous price lists lose validity. If there are any unforeseen economic developments or changes of the VAT-rate we have to adjust our prices.

Cancellation:

For all contracts concluded with us, the terms and conditions of the "österreichischen Hotelverbandes" and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce are applicable. Both parties recognize these as the condition for the hotel contract. On request we are glad to send you our general terms and conditions separately.

Until 3 months before arrival you can cancel without charges.

Between 3 and 1 month before arrival: 40% of he reservation sum is charged.

Between 4 and 1 week before arrival: 70% of he reservation sum is charged.

1 week or less before arrival or incase you arrive later or leave earlier: 90% of he reservation sum is charged.

We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance, we are pleased to send you the necessary documents to do so. For any disputes resulting from the contract Radstadt will be the place of jurisdiction!
